Position Info:

• Position: Wholesale Buyer
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: #107 – 3060 Norland Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5B 3A6

Job Duties:

• Research, select, and purchase quality products and materials
• Maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate the best pricing, discounts, and credit terms
• Place purchase orders based on inventory needs, sales forecasts, and market condition
• Monitor inventory and manage adequate stock levels
• Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions
• Oversee distribution of products and assess the quality of stock received
• Review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of products to purchase

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of related experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
