Global Supply Chain Manager Job

Global Supply Chain Manager is needed to perform the following duties :

• Lead cross-functional projects related to suspension and fixture product development, prototyping, and supply chain.
• Coordinate global manufacturing operations between U.S., India, China, and Taiwan to streamline logistics and reduce lead times.
• Negotiate vendor contracts through RFIs/RFQs for cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
• Enhance inventory management and categorization using ERP systems based on BOM and product specifications.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize global shipping and reduce delivery time.
• Conduct time studies, Lean/Kaizen implementation, and operational analysis using business intelligence tools.
• Lead implementation of automated solutions and resource optimization in production environments.
• Improve production flow and reduce cycle time using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage raw material sourcing, procurement planning, and supplier coordination.
• Lead project management activities across multiple product lines and ensure timely completion.

Bachelor’s Degree is required in Supply Chain or Operations Management or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management
