Global Sourcing & Procurement Specialist Job

• Coordinate global sourcing activities with overseas affiliates and suppliers
• Manage procurement of automotive wire and cable products to support OEM production schedules
• Issue and manage purchase orders using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality compliance
• Analyze cost structures and support pricing and cost-control initiatives
• Support intercompany transactions and cross-border logistics coordination
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to maintain stable inventory levels
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Procurement, sourcing, or purchasing experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and international coordination
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingual English/Korean preferred
