Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hourly Wage: $36.60
About the Opportunity:
Spartan Glazing Inc. is seeking skilled Glaziers to join our team in the Greater Vancouver area. As part of our crew, you’ll be hands-on with the installation, fitting, and repair of glass systems across a wide range of construction projects. If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering top-quality work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to plan glass installations.
• Lay out and prepare frame and window wall positions based on specifications.
• Measure, mark, and cut glass to size using professional tools.
• Assemble and install prefabricated glass panels and related products.
• Build and install metal and aluminum frames to support glass structures.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on windows, doors, and related components.
• Remove and replace broken glass, defective panels, or faulty sealants.
• Set up, operate, and take down scaffolding, hoists, and rigging as needed.
• Maintain strict compliance with all company safety procedures and worksite regulations.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in glazing.
• Language: Good working knowledge of English.
• Education: Completion of secondary school.
