Job Location: Candidate is required to work at various locations as per company contracts
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Training will be provided
• Ability to learn and follow our extensive company safety policy
• Effective time management skills and ability to carry large and heavy objects
Responsibilities:
• Read specification sheets and drawings to determine the type and thickness of glass and/or frame required
• Follow the correct installation procedures for positioning glass into the frame and securing it through clips or moldings
• Measure, cut glass; smooth and polish rough edges as needed
• Installation of indoor/outdoor glasses in residential and commercial properties like shower door, glass partition, mirror, showcases, railings etc.
• Replace glass in fixtures and other glass products as required
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and layouts for clients
