General Sales Manager

Hare Motors has established itself as a leading pre-owned auto dealer in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver region. Throughout our history, we have focused on providing exceptional customer service, alongside high-quality repair and maintenance work. Our inventory includes a wide selection of pre-owned cars, trucks, minivans, and SUVs. Currently, we are looking for a General Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Support Sales Consultants in completing sales and addressing customer issues.
Lead marketing and advertising campaigns.
Purchase vehicles from various sources.
Analyze sales performance against targets.
Ensure effective vehicle displays and meet dealership standards.
Guide the hiring and development of the sales team.
Answer complex customer inquiries.
Manage the sales team to exceed targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Provide ongoing coaching and development for the sales team.

Qualification:

Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Sales experience, especially in the automotive industry, is a plus.
Proficient in inventory management and sales forecasting.
Proven experience in similar roles.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Knowledgeable in automotive sales processes and market trends.
Effective in motivating teams to achieve goals.
Results-driven with excellent customer service skills.
Completing a College Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

We are located at 12375 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V3V 3K2.
Schedule: Full-time, weekends, holidays and evenings.
