General Operations Manager Job

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand NACEF's educational programs, focusing on youth science education and AI applications in senior health management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including academic institutions, community organizations, and donors, to support and enhance NACEF's mission.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational research and development programs, including bioinformatics training for youth and AI health management initiatives.
• Ensure that all programs meet the highest standards of educational excellence and equity, with a particular focus on supporting underprivileged and minority students.
• Ensure that NACEF complies with all federal, state, and local laws, particularly those related to nonprofit operations and 501(c)(3) status.
• Manage legal matters related to intellectual property, partnerships, and contracts with vendors, educational institutions, and other entities.
• Advise the board of directors on legal risks and compliance issues, ensuring that the foundation's operations are legally sound.
• Lead fundraising efforts to secure funding for NACEF's programs, including grant writing, donor relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, to ensure the organization's fiscal health.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff and volunteers.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and a commitment to NACEF's mission.
