Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Office Worker to support daily administrative operations in our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and record maintenance
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Maintain inventory and production records in coordination with the warehouse and production teams
- Support HR and payroll with attendance tracking and document filing
- Assist management in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality policies
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, order supplies as required and arrange for servicing of office equipment
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices and bank deposits

- High school diploma or equivalent (college diploma in administration or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment
- On-site in a manufacturing plant with exposure to noise and warehouse areas.
- Occasional overtime or weekend support during peak production periods.
