Duties:
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining organized project records
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses to clients and suppliers
• Prepare and format project-related documents, including estimates, contracts, and client correspondence
• Maintain accurate records of supply orders, receipts, and job materials used in projects
• Monitor and reorder office and field supplies to support ongoing construction operations
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings, staff shifts, and job site communications
• Support management with preparing simple financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and bank deposit records
• Help coordinate administrative updates between field crews, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized office environment

• Minimum one year of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in construction or trades environment
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced office setting
