Job Description:
Onetech USA Inc. is looking for a General Manager and the duties are:
1. Increases managements effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training,coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers, communicating values, strategies, and objectives;
assigning accountability; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
2. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives for optimized engineering services.
3. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
4. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
5. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
7. Report the operating result and issues to Korea head quarter and board periodically, etc.
Requirement: At least 5 years of work experience in business management and related field,Associate's degree and Korean language fluency.
