• Set goals for the business and create or authorize policies and initiatives.
• Permit and coordinate the creation of significant departments and the senior staff roles that go along with them.
• Provide financial, human, and material resources to carry out organizational policies and programs; set up administrative and financial controls; create and authorize advertising campaigns; and authorize personnel planning in general.
• Choose directors, middle managers, or other executive personnel.
• Organize the activities of departments, divisions, or regions.
• Act as the company's representative in negotiations or other official capacities, or assign representatives to do so.
• Minimum Education: Completion of College diploma is required
