Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations
Lead and develop managers and staff
Drive food quality, labor control and profitability
Analyze P&L reports and operational performance
Ensure guest satisfaction and operational consistency

Requirements:
5+ years of restaurant management experience
High-volume restaurant leadership background
Strong financial and operational skills
ServeSafe Certification required
