The Scenic Lounge is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Rochester, NH to lead daily operations at our upscale 45-seat cocktail lounge. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality leader who values elevated guest service, operational excellence and team culture.

What You’ll Do
Manage all nightly restaurant operations and service execution
Supervise Front-of-House staff and support BOH operational standards
Handle staff hiring, onboarding, scheduling and payroll administration
Maintain high hospitality standards and guest satisfaction
Monitor online reputation and resolve guest concerns promptly
Analyze sales trends and operational performance metrics
Oversee compliance, inspections and licensing requirements
Partner with ownership on retention, growth and profitability initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Hospitality management experience in restaurants, lounges or fine dining
Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
Ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting
Experience with Toast POS, scheduling software and payroll systems preferred
Professional, guest-first mindset with attention to detail
Evening and weekend availability required
Eligible to work in the U.S.
