JOB DUTIES
The duties of the General Manager at WH3 Solutions Inc. will include but are not limited to:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across the company, ensuring efficient delivery of IT consulting services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Monitor and maintain service quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set business goals, budgets, and performance targets.
• Foster relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Guide and mentor department managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and supporting professional development.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activities to keep the company competitive.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor's degree in the relevant field is required.
• Three to less than five years of experience as a middle manager in security IT services, or other business services is required.
