[1] Set up annual business plan; Plan and develop new business projects;
[2] Prepare business proposal and construction plan; Research the market trends, and set mid-term strategy; Estimate cost of materials, equipment and labor and prepare progress report;
[3] Monitor expenditures; Report and communicate project status to CEO at headquarter in Korea;
[4] Discuss with the mangers of client companies from Korea in semiconductor, electric vehicle battery and related industry in Korean language; Evaluate the performance of staff and develop the measures to improve performance;
[5] Responsible for risk management and cost optimization, develop plan to rescue the risk;
[6] Monitor the construction project progress; Supervise staff, provide orientation, oversees accounting & human resource management; and etc.
