• Represent the company and act on behalf of the organization in negotiations and other related events
• Organize and maintain orderliness in all major departments and staff positions.
• Co-ordinate and ensure the workflow for all departments are running smoothly
• Delegate duties to staff and create optimal working conditions for them
• Approve policies and programs for each department keeping the companies’ goals and objectives in consideration
• Ensuring companies’ core values are followed
• Maintaining companies’ reputation and establishing bond with the clients
• Provides strategic advice and guidance to senior management and business segments on changes to Customs/import compliance regulations and policy.
