General Manager Job

Direct and coordinate the daily activities of multiple business functions, including production, administration, inventory control, logistics coordination, and sales support operations for an automotive parts manufacturing company. Implement company-wide operational policies, internal control procedures, and performance standards governing production coordination, inventory control, administrative processes, interdepartmental workflow, and sales support activities. Review departmental performance metrics and provide operational guidance to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control. Develop and implement operational plans to improve production capacity, strengthen interdepartmental coordination, enhance inventory control, and support business growth in the U.S. market. Analyze operational performance, staffing levels, inventory flow, customer order status, and departmental resource needs to support effective business planning and management decisions. Assess staffing needs for the Operation, Logistics, Administration, and Sales Support functions and recommend hiring, workforce allocation, and departmental resource planning based on business and operational needs. Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, termination, promotion, discipline, and reassignment of employees, subject to final approval by corporate management and applicable company policies.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Operations Management
