General Manager Job

A General Manager is needed in Montgomery, Alabama.

• Oversee general business operations, including administrative tasks, and develop and implement long-term business goals and strategies to support and enhance automotive parts manufacturing operations.
• Analyze financial statements and business activity reports to ensure optimal allocation of budgets, staffing, equipment, and materials, aligning with organizational objectives and goals.
• Evaluate and approve sales strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor performance reports and make informed decisions on personnel activities, including hiring, promotions, relocations, and terminations, to ensure team effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
• Design and oversee the development and implementation of training programs to support employee growth and operational excellence.
• Organize and lead regulatory meetings with department managers to review the status of ongoing business operations, address challenges, and set action plans for improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration and 2 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
