GENERAL MANAGER Job

HK E&E USA INC is looking for a general manager, and the duties are:

1. Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountability; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.

2. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives for optimized engineering services.

3. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

4. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.

5. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.

6. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

7. Report the operating result and issues to Korea head quarter and board periodically, etc.

Requirement: At least 5 years' work experience, Bachelor's degree, and Korean language fluency
