Job description:
1. Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, dining, and takeout services. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen staff, servers, and management team. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to prevent shortages.
2. Staff Management & Training: Recruit, hire, train staff members. Develop work schedules.
3. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experience and address complaints promptly. Implement policies to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
5. Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract customers. Maintain the restaurant’s reputation and social media presence.
