Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably in an automotive or service-related industry.
Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Oversee the operation of company
• Plan, develop and implement communication strategies
• Plan and manage budgets
• Supervise staff
• Provide customer service
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $70.00 per hour for 35 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for authorized hours beyond 44 hours per week or 8 hours per day.
Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation annually, scheduled in advance and approved by the Employer.
Health Benefits: Healthcare benefits provided through Manulife after a standard three-month probationary period.
