Requirements: Bachelor Degree and three years of related experience
Duties:
Establish the organization’s strategic direction, goals, and policies in alignment with its educational mandate
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate overall operations, including academic programs, administration, and student services
Lead the development and implementation of blended learning programs (online and in-person delivery models)
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth
Direct and evaluate the performance of senior staff, including academic managers, program coordinators, and administrative personnel
Develop partnerships with educational institutions, industry stakeholders, and community organizations
Ensure compliance with applicable education standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory frameworks
Represent the organization in external meetings, partnerships, and business development initiatives
Monitor organizational performance and implement improvements to enhance program quality and operational efficiency
Approve major operational decisions, policies, and program initiatives
