JOB DUTIES
The duties of the General Manager at 4M Corporate Services Inc. will include but are not limited to:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across the company, ensuring smooth business functioning.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in cybersecurity services.
• Manage and lead teams in delivering security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, network security, and threat prevention.
• Monitor and maintain service quality standards for cybersecurity offerings.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set business goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Foster relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any security-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in cybersecurity solutions.
• Guide and mentor department managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives and promoting professional development.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor activities to keep the company at the forefront of security solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
• Three years to less than five years of experience as a middle manager in security or IT services, or other business services is required.
