General Manager Job

Job Duties:
- Define the company’s long-term direction and ensure key business policies and operational plans are developed and executed effectively.
- Manage overall resource planning, including financial, human, and operational resources, and ensure proper internal control systems are in place.
- Oversee organizational structure by establishing major functional departments and approving senior leadership roles to support business growth.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, quality assurance, sales, and logistics departments to support efficient operations of pallet manufacturing activities.
- Build and lead the senior management team by appointing, guiding, and evaluating department heads and other executive-level staff.
- Represent the company in high-level business discussions, negotiations, and external engagements, or assign appropriate representatives when necessary.

Requirement:
- A university degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
- Several years of progressive experience in middle management roles is required.
