Annual Salary: $160,000.00 to $170,000.00
Weekly Hours: 35 to 40 per week

Duties and Responsibilities
-Provide overall strategic leadership and operational direction to ensure the company achieves its business objectives, financial targets, and long-term growth plans.
-Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, sales support, and customer service to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
-Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring effective cost control and sustainable profitability.
-Lead, mentor, and evaluate senior management and departmental teams, fostering accountability, professional development, and a performance-driven culture.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and major clients to secure favorable terms and ensure reliable supply chain operations.
-Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, certification standards, employment laws, and internal quality control policies.
-Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for new products, services, and business expansion.
-Direct the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, market presence, and customer acquisition.
-Oversee marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade engagement to drive sales growth and brand recognition.
-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine brand messaging, pricing strategies, and customer outreach programs aligned with business goals.
-Evaluate operational risks and implement policies and procedures to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational exposure.
-Represent the company in key negotiations, strategic partnerships, and external engagements, acting as a senior ambassador for the brand and its values.
Qualifications
-A bachelor’s degree or above in business or a related discipline (or equivalent years of experience)
-A minimum of 5 to 7 years of verifiable senior leadership experience in manufacturing preferrably food and beverage or a closely related commercial supply business, with direct accountability for profit and loss performance.
-Demonstrated experience managing multi-department operations at scale, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, sales support, and customer service, with documented operational improvements or growth outcomes.
-Proven track record of developing and executing company-wide business strategies, annual budgets, and performance metrics, resulting in measurable revenue growth and margin improvement.
-Hands-on leadership experience overseeing senior managers, with clear evidence of building disciplined, accountable, and performance-driven teams rather than individual contributor roles.
Strategic marketing and commercial leadership experience, including oversight of brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, or major product or service launches, beyond basic sales or administrative exposure.
