General Manager Job

1. Lead the strategic direction for the company’s High Voltage Electrical Equipment business, working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement long-term strategies aimed at expanding market share, enhancing product offerings, and maintaining a competitive advantage;
2. Manage multiple cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and operations, ensuring effective collaboration to achieve organizational objectives and maximize operational efficiency;
3. Oversee the entire project delivery process, ensuring successful project execution and timely, high-quality outcomes;
4. Review financial, sales, budgetary, and performance data to assess productivity and progress of teams, develop and implement programs to enhance team capabilities, and recommend improvements in processes, resources, and strategies;
5. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management activities across teams, ensuring effective talent development, retention, and alignment with the company’s operational goals

Applicant must have Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Management, or related. In alternative, applicant must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Management, or related plus minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
