Job Description:
Main duties
Establish the overall vision, strategic objectives, and growth plans for the company, and develop or approve policies and programs to support business success in the fashion retail market.
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the company’s operations, including retail sales, merchandising, marketing, and customer experience.
Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures related to product sourcing, inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
Lead product selection and merchandising strategies by analyzing fashion trends, customer preferences, and seasonal demands, ensuring the offering aligns with the target market of young female consumers.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to secure quality products at competitive pricing.
Oversee negotiations with landlords, vendors, and key business partners regarding retail locations, supply agreements, and service contracts.
Authorize and establish key departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources, and define leadership roles within each function.
Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
Allocate financial, human, and material resources to support operations, marketing campaigns, and business expansion initiatives.
Establish financial and administrative controls, including budgeting, sales performance tracking, and cost management to ensure profitability.
Develop and approve branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns (both online and in-store) to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Coordinate activities across departments to ensure seamless operations, consistent branding, and high-quality customer service.
Represent the company in business negotiations, partnerships, and community or industry events to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Communicate and collaborate with key customers, influencers, and business partners to promote products and expand market reach.
Directly oversee the operations of Marketing, Finance, Administration, and Human Resources departments.
Report company performance, strategic progress, and operational results to the Board of Directors and provide recommendations for future growth.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in related field is required or 10+ years of senior management
• 10+ years of work experience in similar field with 5+ years of management experience is required.
• Candidates with prior experience of management in Fashion/Clothing/Textile industry will be given a priority.
• Exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, team player and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, independent and prioritize is a must.
