*General tasks and responsibilities will work under the supervision of the managing attorney and be expected to handle complex medical malpractice claims from inception through final resolution, including trials. Strong medical-legal analytical skills are required. *This is a litigating position that will require handling a case load, developing defense strategies, recommending and working with medical experts, assessing potential exposure of claims, preparing treating physicians and other medical care providers for depositions and/or trial, and drafting substantive motions.
