*Utilize a balanced approach to draft, negotiate, and close a wide variety of sales-side commercial contracts and related agreements including but not limited to master software license and subscription agreements, software as a service (SaaS) agreements, cloud services agreements, the related order forms to these agreements, implementation & professional services statements of work, early adopter/software development agreements, information security agreements, and business associate agreements. *Draft, negotiate, and close a wide variety of strategic and company-beneficial agreements, including alliance partner, vendor/supplier, distributor/reseller, marketing, and subcontractor agreements. *Serve as a designated point of contact for contractual interpretation and other legal & compliance questions from the Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Services, Support & Finance teams.
