*Manage the Ethics and Compliance investigation program including creating and managing related policies and procedures, triaging reports and inquiries received through company’s ethics helpline and other reporting channels and working independently and collaboratively with Human Resources and Sr. Employment Counsel and other subject matter experts to ensure that concerns are assigned, investigated, and documented consistently and properly. *Conduct or direct investigations, including interview support, documentation, and management of the case management database, and tracking of investigation remediation activities
