Job Role:

The General Counsel & Compliance Attorney will lead the firm’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, providing strategic guidance across corporate, finance, ESG, technology, and risk management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Leadership & Advisory
Advise senior leadership on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Oversee complex transactions and high-risk legal exposures.

Compliance & Risk Management
Lead internal compliance programs and governance frameworks.
Manage regulatory inquiries and enforcement risks.

Stakeholder & External Counsel Management
Coordinate with regulators and external legal advisors.
Represent the firm in high-level legal matters.
