Job Description:

This Company is looking for two full-time general cooks to join their team as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, individual dishes, pizzas, snacks, and sweets according to established recipes and customer orders.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistent food quality, taste, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate ingredient requirements, and calculate food preparation costs.
• Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely service and fulfil customer orders efficiently.
• Accommodate special customer requests while maintaining established food quality and preparation standards.
• Prepare, season, and portion ingredients, sauces, and other food components required for daily meal preparation.
• Maintain inventory records of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen equipment, arranging replenishment when necessary.
• Monitor ingredient usage, minimize food waste, and ensure proper storage of perishable food items.
• Clean and maintain kitchen work areas, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• May train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper food handling procedures as required.

Job requirements:

• High school diploma is required
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in related field
