Job Description:
• Develop and update general affairs business plans for procurement, facility operations, Information Technology (“IT”) administration, equipment management, and operational support;
• Review and maintain lease agreements, rental contracts, equipment procurement contracts, service agreements, and vendor documentation;
• Manage and revise IT security policies, access control procedures, software account rules, endpoint security standards, and employee system access practices;
• Oversee procurement of production consumables, office supplies, equipment support items, facility materials, propane gas, welding cylinders, and operational services;
• Coordinate procurement workflow, including purchase request review, vendor communication, quote comparison, order follow-up, invoice tracking, and payment coordination;
• Manage invoice administration for service fees, equipment repairs, facility services, software accounts, office supplies, and other general affairs expenditures;
• Maintain operational back-data, procurement records, contract files, repair logs, service histories, corporate event documentation, and general affairs records;
• Oversee Tool Room operations, supply distribution, inventory control, and issuance records for tools, consumables, and operational materials;
• Administer IT systems and assets, including IT platform and software accounts, corporate servers, endpoint security, workstations, and IT asset records;
• Coordinate technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for employee computers, software systems, servers, network equipment, and other IT assets;
• Manage facility equipment operations and repair response, including forklifts, breakdown reports, repair requests, vendor quotes, and outside maintenance coordination;
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for facility equipment and operational assets based on equipment condition, service history, and production needs;
• Coordinate onsite facility and production support, including infrastructure repair, storage rack maintenance, service parts assistance, seat rework, welding support, and quality correction; and
• Oversee cross-functional general affairs processes involving procurement, IT, facility and equipment support, vendors, and contractors.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or closely related field of study;
• Practical experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry or a closely related manufacturing environment;
• Experience supporting business operations, administrative operations, procurement, facility support, IT coordination, or other general affairs functions;
• Knowledge of operational coordination, vendor management, cost control, documentation, and internal business support procedures; and
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal departments, external vendors, service providers, and management in a manufacturing business environment.
