• Plan menus and estimate food requirements
• Determine size of food portions
• Prepare and cook complete meals and individual food items
• Inspect and maintain clean kitchen and service area
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
• Manage kitchen operations by supervising kitchen helpers
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
