Gas Station Supervisor Job

3237311 Nova Scotia Limited (operating as Needs Fast Fuels / Needs Convenience) is seeking a motivated and reliable Gas Station Supervisor to join our team in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week at $20.00/hour).

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gas station and convenience store, ensuring that customer service standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures are maintained. The role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

1.Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff (5–10 employees)

2.Assign duties to sales staff and ensure smooth operations

3.Order and receive merchandise, maintain stock levels, and organize inventory

4.Establish work schedules and ensure coverage of all shifts

5.Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply issues in a professional manner

6.Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance

7.Conduct performance reviews and enforce company policies

8.Ensure workplace safety, compliance with regulations, and company standards

9.Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, and operations

10.Direct and control daily operations of the gas station and convenience store
