We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at Wesco Surrey. Responsibilities
Manage and supervise staff (11–15 team members)
Assign duties and oversee daily operations
Plan and control budgets, revenues, and expenses
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages
Determine inventory, merchandise, and services to be offered
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
Implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English

Fast-paced, hands-on role requiring flexible availability
