About the Role
Hazelton Wesco is seeking an experienced and reliable Gas Station Manager to oversee operations at our busy convenience and fuel retail location. This is a leadership role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage both people and processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store and fuel station operations
Assign duties and supervise staff (11–15 people)
Determine products and services to be offered
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
Resolve customer concerns, supply issues, and operational problems
Recruit, hire, and train staff
Qualifications
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a management or supervisory role
Work Setting
Retail business and convenience store environment
Work is on-site only; remote work is not available
