Job Requirements:
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement operational plans, opening/closing procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Manage inventory and vendor relationships, select product assortments and place orders to maintain stock levels and profitability.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze sales and expense reports, and implement cost-control measures.
- Determine staffing needs and create effective shift schedules to meet business demands.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and coach team members; conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development.
- Assign duties, supervise employee performance and ensure service standards are met.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Completion of High School
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Collaborative, Goal-oriented, Time management, Team player, Ability to multitask
