Petro Canada Gas Station is located at 459 Taylor Kidd Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M 8G8, Canada and offers the same customer service that customers have come to expect from the Petro Canada brand. The franchise location is known for its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who work diligently to create an enjoyable customer service experience for every customer. At this time, we are looking for an experienced Gas Station Manager to join our growing business.
As a Gas Station Manager, you will perform the following duties: Key Responsibilities:

Direct and control daily operations
•
Evaluate daily operations
•
Plan and organize daily operations
•
Manage staff and assign duties
•
Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
•
Develop and implement marketing strategies
•
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
•
Determine staffing requirements
•
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
•
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
•
Conduct performance reviews
•
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Position Requirements:
-College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 3 Year to less than 5 years of experience in the service sector, including supervisory experience
-Excellent organizational, customer service and time management skills
- Ability to excel working in a highly fast-paced environment; work under pressure Good English language skills
Terms & Conditions: Permanent, full-time employment - 35 hours per week Compensation: $20 per hour. An overtime rate of $30 per hour will apply after 44 hours of work per week
