Overview:
Coast Hotels & Suites Grimshaw is currently hiring a Gas Station Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our busy gas station and convenience store. We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual with strong leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the gas station and convenience store

Assign tasks and supervise a team of 11–15 staff members

Decide on merchandise and services to be offered

Develop and implement marketing strategies

Monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues

Recruit, hire, and train staff

Qualifications:

Secondary school graduation certificate

1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

On-site presence required (this is not a remote position)

Work Setting:

Convenience store and gas station within a retail environment
