Gas Station Manager Job

Position: Gas Station Manager

Wage: $46.15 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Job duties:
• Oversee the daily operations of the gas station.
• Supervise, train, and schedule employees.
• Monitor fuel, merchandise, and supply inventory.
• Place orders and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and provide good service.
• Manage cash handling, sales, and daily financial records.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses and profit.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Make sure the station complies with company policies and government regulations.
• Report operational issues, sales performance, and staffing needs to upper management.

Requirements
- College/CEGEP in Business administration, management and operation or equivalent experience
- 3 year to less than 5 years of work experience
