is in need of Gas Bar Supervisor
NOC Code: 62010
Employment Terms: Full Time – Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate activities of gas bar staff and cashiers.
2. Assign duties and prepare work schedules.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
4. Monitor fuel sales, store sales, and cash handling procedures.
5. Maintain inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
7. Train new employees and evaluate staff performance.
8. Open and close the gas station and prepare daily reports.
9. Perform other related duties as necessary.
Employment Requirements:
1. Education: Completion of secondary school education is required.
2. Work Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in any trade is required.
3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Excellent customer service and communications skills.
Working Hours: 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/week; work shift is either from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday; 2 varied days off per week
Wage/Benefits: $21.00/hour / Extended Health Insurance and Dental Insurance (benefits are available after one year of employment on a 50/50 cost-sharing basis)
