Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Technical Support, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward players at all times.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in customer support or service, preferably in the online gaming or entertainment industry.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with customer support software and live chat tools.
A strong understanding of online gaming platforms and payment processing systems.
A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for players.
Knowledge of responsible gaming practices is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
