As a Senior Game Developer, you'll be the guardian of the creative engineer behind our games.We might be small, but our dreams are big, and we need someone as passionate as us to turn those dreams into reality. - Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices to maintain consistency and high quality across the codebase
Lead and engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Work closely with artists, game designers and project stakeholders to craft seamless and engaging gameplay experiences.
- Tackle and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth, enjoyable gameplay and top-notch performance.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering their professional growth
- Regularly test and debug to ensure our games perform at the highest quality.
- Assign tasks and serve as the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues, facilitating smooth and effective project advancement.
- Be versatile in your technical style, adapting to various game genres and themes.
