Job Duties:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and consistent guest experiences.
• Implement efficient operational procedures and service standards tailored to the dining environment.
• Recruit and train staff on safety protocols, service excellence, and menu knowledge.
• Manage staff schedules and performance to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Track inventory levels, sales revenue, and pricing to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Enforce health and safety regulations while resolving customer feedback professionally.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate purchasing terms for all food and supplies.
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
