Specific Skills and Job Duties
Measure, cut, and install wood flooring to specified dimensions and designs.
Prepare subfloors by removing existing flooring, leveling surfaces, and ensuring readiness for installation.
Use hand and power tools to cut and shape flooring materials.
Lay, align, and secure wood floorboards, ensuring proper spacing and seamless fit.
Sand, stain, and finish wood floors to achieve desired appearance and durability.
Inspect and repair damaged flooring as needed.
Follow safety standards and company policies during installation and maintenance tasks.
