Functional Analyst Job

We have multiple Functional Analyst positions open in our Dallas office!
Summary: Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, writing robust code, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing and release/documenting, and implementing software systems. Design, document, and modify software throughout project life cycle; analyze and correct problems and provide regular, timely status reports.
Day-to-day Job duties:
• Write, translate, develop, code, test, and analyze software programs and interfaces in Oracle Applications environment according to specifications; confirm to Oracle Applications best practices.
• Work with end users and business owners to prepare and document program requirements and specifications; identify and resolve issues; and identify and implement improvements and modifications.
• Write, test, debug, document, deploy and maintain robust code; review code written by other programmers; adhere to programming and documentation policies.
• Develop and create custom applications in JCS and integrate with Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Create BI Publisher Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) report.
• Perform Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Key Functions.
• Design and engineer cloud database capabilities and features to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Oracle HCM Cloud development of fast formulas, building and loading conversion HDLs, integrations, reports development for the developer's team to build inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs to correct errors, isolate areas for improvement and general debugging.
• Analyze existing systems and programming logic difficulties and takes corrective action.
• Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
• Generate statistics and prepare and write reports for management and team members on status of development process.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic, flowcharts, instructions and computer programming standards and specifications.
• Develop programs to enhance functionality and appearance of Oracle ERP system.
• Train and guide end-users in computer interface and proper usage.

Bachelors degree in computer science, computer/electronics/IT engineering or related CS/IT Engineering discipline and 12 months of experience in job offered or related programmer/functional analyst occupation.
