TITLE: Fun Respite Provider Needed
PAY: $14.13 per hour

FUN RESPITE PROVIDER NEEDED – Eau Claire, WI
Are you dependable, patient, and passionate about helping children feel safe and supported, while having so much fun? We’re seeking a caring and attentive Respite Provider to work with a vibrant young boy with Autism & ADHD in the Eau Claire area. This role focuses on emotional regulation, safety supervision, and structured support, helping the child thrive in a consistent and nurturing environment that you provide.

SHIFTS :
· 40 Hours per month
· Flexible on when these hours happen

WAGE :
· $14.13 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Provide one-on-one safety-focused care and constant supervision during all indoor and outdoor activities.
· Help the child navigate emotional regulation, offering calm, consistent responses to dysregulation or behavioral challenges.
· Create a structured and secure environment that promotes comfort, confidence, and predictability.
· Engage the child in supportive and age-appropriate activities such as walks, movement games, and quiet time, adapting to the child's sensory needs and energy levels.
· Monitor and document the child’s behavior and mood, maintaining open communication with the parents.
· Offer steady encouragement while helping reinforce coping tools and behavioral strategies that promote regulation and growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Valid Driver’s License
· Reliable Transportation
· Must pass a background check
