Full Time Handyman/Property Manager Job

We are looking for a reliable handyman/property manager in St. Louis Area to oversee the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of residential or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
Manage property operations, including tenant communications and addressing repair requests.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Assist in property renovations and upgrades as necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and completed work.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for larger repair and renovation projects.

Required and Preferred Qualifications;

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven handyman skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Knowledge of property management practices.
Strong customer service skills.
Previous experience in property management or similar role preferred.
