Full-Stack Web Developer (IT Specialist) Job

1. Design and develop, test, modify, and maintain in-house project management and responsive content websites and web applications;
2. Consult with the internal users and external clients to develop and document Website requirements， technical problems and solutions.
3. Design, implement, and optimise website and application codebases to enhance performance, security, and functionality.
4. Develop and integrate APIs with external platforms (e.g., Google Deepseek, AWS, Alipay, WeChat) to support business needs.
5. Improve user experience through high-quality front-end development practices.
6. Deploy and manage web applications and digital assets using Amazon AWS and related cloud services.
7. Keep files, develop, and projects organised for efficient team collaboration;
8. Collaborate with technical teams to support basic server configuration, system backups, and software upgrades (as required), while focusing on web development tasks.
9. Provide technical guidance and training to employees and clients on the use of developed web applications.
10. Provide emergency response when required.

1. 3+ years of full-stack web development experience in the property development service and maintenance field. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive UI frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap).
2. Proven experience with modern full-stack technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS).
3. Strong experience in MySQL database management and optimisation.
4. Experience with shell scripting is a plus.
5. Proficient in Git and repository management.
6. Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the company.
